Ingredients: 

For the Sliders: 

    12 slider buns (or dinner rolls)
    12 slices of deli ham
    12 slices of Swiss cheese
    1/2 cup (1 stick) of unsalted butter, melted
    1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon of poppy seeds
    1 tablespoon of minced onion (dried or fresh)
    1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 

Instructions

    Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). This will ensure your sliders turn out perfectly warm and melty. 

    Prepare the Buns: Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms intact. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish or on a baking sheet. 

    Layer the Ham and Cheese: On each bottom half of the buns, layer a slice of deli ham, followed by a slice of Swiss cheese. You can adjust the quantity to your liking, but one slice of each is a good starting point. 

    Create the Topping: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, minced onion, and Worcestershire sauce. This flavorful mixture will be brushed on top of the sliders. 

    Assemble and Brush: Carefully place the top halves of the buns on the ham and cheese layers. Now, use a pastry brush or a spoon to generously brush the buttery topping over the tops of the sliders. Make sure to get every nook and cranny! 

    Cover and Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes. This allows the sliders to heat through and the cheese to melt to perfection.
